DESCRIPTION:Topic: Rotary and World War 2 \nDavid Palmer joined the Rotary Club of Barkingside in 1982 and is a Past President.\nHe has held numerous District Offices and was District Governor in 2014-2015. His proudest achievement has been to be the first Cockney District Governor. \nHe is a Director of Fellowship House Governors Ltd\, which operated the District Offices at York Gate and now administers the funds from the sale of the York Gate property.  He is also a Trustee of the District Trust Fund\, and a major donor to Rotary Foundation. \nHe has represented the RI Director on 2 occasions.
