Franceschi\, is the Assistant Secretary General of the Commonwealth. \nHe coordinates the Political\, Democracy\, Electoral\, Public-Sector Governance\, Good Offices\,\nRule of Law\, Judicial Transformation\, Human Rights\, and Countering Violence and\nExtremism work in the 56 member countries. He is also the Commonwealth Heads of\nGovernment Meeting (CHOGM) Conference Secretary\, and the Head of the Host Country\nTask Force.\nAs a thinker\, educator\, and writer\, he loves positive and disruptive innovation. \nHe specialises in judicial transformation\, comparative constitutional law and innovation in\nlegal education. He has been a legal advisor to several international and national\ngovernment agencies\, regional courts\, and legal advisor to the United Nations and the\nWorld Bank. \nHe sits on several boards and has been a Governing Council Delegate and the\nLegal Advisor to the President of the Governing Council of the United Nations Environment\nProgramme\, where he co-drafted the UN Nairobi Declaration.

DESCRIPTION:Topic: Rotary and World War 2 \nDavid Palmer joined the Rotary Club of Barkingside in 1982 and is a Past President.\nHe has held numerous District Offices and was District Governor in 2014-2015. His proudest achievement has been to be the first Cockney District Governor. \nHe is a Director of Fellowship House Governors Ltd\, which operated the District Offices at York Gate and now administers the funds from the sale of the York Gate property.  He is also a Trustee of the District Trust Fund\, and a major donor to Rotary Foundation. \nHe has represented the RI Director on 2 occasions. Since the 1990s\, he has worked with major international brands\, exhibited in New York and San Francisco\, and received prestigious awards including D&AD and the International Photography Awards.\nHe is currently undertaking PhD research at the Royal College of Art\, in collaboration with Imperial College London. Alongside his creative work\, John has also completed remarkable charity swimming challenges\, including a crossing of the English Channel and a swim around Manhattan. \n Cristina Morbi 🏫\nCristina Morbi is a London-based landscape and architectural designer and environmental artist. DESCRIPTION:Our speaker will be Isaac Beevor\, Partnerships Director at Climate Emergency UK \nIsaac Beevor has 7 years of experience working and campaigning on local climate\naction\, in the UK and across Metro Vancouver. Isaac worked to support the\nintroduction of Vancouver&#39;s low-emission buildings policy and introduce an annual\nmeasuring and reporting system across the region.
