DESCRIPTION:21st September – Meet our Members \nBooking link: https://buytickets.at/rotarycluboflondon2/2328268 \nIntroducing “Meet Our Members” \nWe are launching a new opportunity for Rotary Club of London members to introduce themselves\, share their personal and professional experiences\, and bring their knowledge\, ideas and expertise to the Club. \nDuring selected Club meetings\, members will be given 10 minutes to share or present something about themselves. This could include their career\, personal journey\, community involvement\, area of expertise\, passions\, achievements or an experience that could inspire and bring value to fellow Rotarians. \nThese special sessions will be called MEET OUR MEMBERS and are scheduled for: \n\nMonday 21 September 2026\n\n\nMonday 12 October 2026\n\n\nMonday 2 November 2026\n\n\nMonday 25 January 2027\n\n\nMonday 26 April 2027\n\nEvery member has a story to tell\, knowledge to share and something valuable to contribute. These sessions will help us learn more about one another\, discover the diverse backgrounds and talents within our Club\, and strengthen our connections as Rotarians. \nMeet Our Members: Sarah Field and Silviu Pirvu on Monday 21 September at The Chesterfield Mayfair for the first session of our new Meet Our Members series.\nThese sessions give members the opportunity to introduce themselves\, share their professional experience and personal interests\, and help us build stronger connections across the Club. \nOur first two speakers will each give a lively ten-minute presentation: \nSarah Field is an experienced entrepreneur and management consultant who helps organisations build the operational capacity required for rapid growth. Her international career\, charitable work supporting land and waterscape restoration in East Africa\, and love of watersports\, live music\, riding and walking reflect her wide-ranging interests. \nSilviu Pirvu is a London-based urban planner\, DeepTech entrepreneur and Space Urbanist. As CTO and Chairman of Optimal Cities\, he combines AI\, satellite technology and urban planning to create resilient\, human-centred “cities that heal”.
